During this time when our balloons have been staying on the ground, we've been focusing on how to continue to offer you our amazing balloon rides.
Having fun is especially important to our spirit now.
We’re prepared with some changes because we’ve all had our fair share of worries.

We’ve grounded Big oh! during North Carolina’s stay-at-home orders -- as the rules begin to lift,
​so will we.

Of course, our balloon flights happen in open, fresh air, and we’re taking additional steps to keep everyone comfortable. In the interest of safety, high adventure, and meeting your expectations, these new procedures are in place:

1.    Quick temperature scan for all passengers, pilots, crew, and staff prior to our flight together.  We will also ask you to complete a simple wellness survey.

2.    There is a handwashing station for your use before we begin. Please wash your hands.

3.    Please use the hand sanitizer we provide before, during, and after your flight, as needed.

4.    Face masks are required—we will provide passengers with complimentary masks for those without their own…they are yours to keep.

5. We ask you to keep a safe distance amongst us all while we're together. In the basket, we'll rely on our masks and keeping our hands to ourselves...thanks!

6.    You can expect your interactions with us—pilots and crew—will be with proper personal safety equipment, masks at all times.

7.    All equipment, balloons, and vehicles will be fully sanitized before and after every flight.

8.    We are limiting the number of passengers to two…just you and your partner.

 We will make a go/no go decision based on suitable weather conditions, like always,
as well as the current COVID-19 situation.
